GREASE HPL MOLUB-ALLOY 860/220-1 ES

Castrol Molub-Alloy™ 860 ES greases are complex, high-performance, multi-purpose lithium greases formulated with premium petroleum base oils, lube solids and a combination of corrosion inhibitors specifically selected for protection against corrosive process water. They are designed to extend bearing life in heavy-duty and high-temperature applications. Molub-Alloy 860 ES greases provide an oil film suitable for applications at low or moderate speeds, high loads and/or high temperatures maintained for extended periods. The load capacity and wear resistance of Molub-Alloy 860 ES greases exceed those of conventional complex greases. Their high performance is due to the synergistic action of chemical additives with selected Molub-Alloy lubricating solids, which are evenly dispersed throughout the grease. These lubricating solids offer their maximum benefit at low speeds or when bearings withstand heavy loads and impacts. Solids also protect the newly machined bearing surfaces during the critical break-in period. Good bearing surfaces are essential for a long service life.
