Can be used in both plain and in anti-friction bearings in the most demanding industrial applications and in ambient conditions extreme.
Molub-Alloy 6080 is manufactured from the highest quality petroleum oil and thickened with an exclusive Calcium complex sulfonate, unsurpassed in terms of mechanical shear stability.
Molub-Alloy 6080 grease is formulated with chemical additives that give it EP characteristics and with Molub-Alloy lubricant additives selected for high-pressure thin-film wear protection.
These additives are evenly distributed throughout the grease and provide superior protection against wear and tear on components, resulting in a long service life.
It is also protected against oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures, and is blended and formulated to withstand the heavy loads and shock loads that typically occur in the steel and primary metals, construction, mining and forest products.
Lubricating solids act synergistically with anti-wear and extreme pressure (EP) chemical additives to reduce contact temperatures and wear, while providing maximum protection against welding under extreme pressure conditions and shock loads.
